Jessica Friesen
Jessica is a wife, mom to three children (boy/girl twins and a son), and stepmom to three girls. They live in a small town in Ontario, Canada. Jessica is passionate about helping others. She believes in the power of the mind. Her specialty is coaching the mindset around fertility and sound healing. Jessica and her husband underwent IVF for their three children. During her IVF journey, Jessica struggled to find positive outlets or places to connect with others on the same journey. This is when she realized helping people achieve their dream of having a family was her passion and mission. Through studies from the Proctor Gallagher Institute and the Diamond Academy Coaching program, she has honed her skills in teaching how mindset can change the trajectory of people’s fertility journey. She has created a Facebook community where everyone is welcome. It’s a positive community to share stories, uplift, find support, and ask questions.

Lauren Lowrance
Lauren, her husband, three kids, three dogs, one cat, and some cows live on a country acreage in Oklahoma. She enjoys the outdoors with her family. She and her high school sweetheart, Ridge, have learned and grown together in many ways, overcoming multiple obstacles through the years. They are passionate about helping others and sharing life and light with this world. Lauren enjoys coaching and holding space and belief for clients through transformation. She loves seeing them become their divine self and find purpose in life as they raise their frequency to ignite and manifest their desired experience of life.

Elizabeth Plancon
Elizabeth Plancon is an Intuitive Mindset & Manifestation Coach. She began her coaching career after a period of time searching for her true purpose in this life. In 2021, she received her certification from the Diamond Academy and created Elizabeth Ann Mindset & Manifestation Coaching shortly after. Prior to coaching, she developed her psychic abilities and healing gifts and is a certified energy healer and reader. In her coaching, she utilizes all her gifts to help her clients embody the highest version of themselves and create the life they have always dreamed of! Elizabeth lives in the Midwest with her two daughters and husband and is so grateful for their love and support. In her free time, she spends time with her family and friends., Relationships are something she values most in this life.

Jessica West
Jessica is the Founder of Trésor Kombucha, a creative entrepreneur, and a podcast host. In 2015, she sustained a life-threatening injury that completely altered her view of life and her interpretation of the spirit-mind-body connection. She firmly believes that life is what you make of it and with that, she is committed to continuous growth and expansion to make the most of it. Her personal mission is to help empower others to live a life that’s truly worth living, on their terms. When she’s not working, writing, or podcasting, you can find her reading a good book, taking long walks in outdoor nature trails, and kayaking on the river. She is currently living in Timmins, Ontario.
